nick tapped justin on the shoulder,"mind if i cut in?"

"yes," justin said not turning aroun.

nick raised an eyebrow,"justin, seriously. i want to dance with emma."

justin rolled his eyes,"nick, seriously. i dont care."

"um...thanks for the dance but i want to dance with nick now..." emma said.

nick smiled and took her hand. justin raised an eyebrow as nick lightly pushed him out of the way and pulled emma towards himself.

he cleared his throat and tapped nick on the shoulder. nick sighed and turned around,"yes?"

justin smirked and slammed his fist into nicks stomach. nick, caught totally off guard, grabbed his stomach and doubled over.

emmas eyes widened and she leaned over nick,"are you okay?!"

nick managed to nod. emma glared at justin and started to walk towards him but was distracted by the commotion behind her. she turned around just in time to see jc punch aj in the face and aj come back and hit jc. by the time someone came to pull them apart, jc was nursing a busted lip and aj a black eye.

brian rushed over to them,"you okay frack?!"

nick nodded and managed to stand up, wincing slightly,"he just knocked the wind out of me."

"lets get you back to the hotel," emma said putting her arm around nick to steady him.

"ill go get everyones coats."

emma shook her head,"its okay bri, you stay. i can take ca--"

"is everything okay here?"

they all turned to see a tall girl with brown hair standing behind them.

"no, im gonna have a black eye," aj whined.

nick rolled his eyes at aj,"im okay, thanks."

she laughed,"okay, ill go get you some ice," she said to aj before walking off.

"...who was that..." brian asked.

emma glanced at him and smiled,"just someone very helpful i guess..."

brian nodded, still watching her walk away.

"aj let me see your eye," amanda said.

"it hurts," he whined moving his hand.

amanda rolled her eyes and reached forward to lightly touch his eye.

"ow! ow! ow!"

the other four burst out laughing,"alex...i havent even touched your eye yet."

"...oh..."

"here you go," the girl said returning with an ice pack and handing it to aj.

aj smiled and put it over his eye,"thanks...."

"faye," she said smiling.

"thanks faye." he turned to amanda,"can we go back to the hotel? i dont want my picture taken with my eye looking like this."

she rolled her eyes,"yes we can go. blondie, em...you two coming?"

"yes mandy," nick said sticking his tongue out at her. he looked around,"where did jc and justin go?"

"oh, security escorted them out," faye said.

emma nodded,"good. okay were gonna take them back. faye, take good care of brian for us."

brian blushed and faye smiled,"no problem."

the four went to find kevin and tell them they were leaving. brian turned to faye,"so..um...you want to dance...?"

"sure," she said smiling and taking his hand.

"my eye hurts," aj whined the whole way back to the hotel.

"SHUT UP!" the other three yelled.

he pouted,"doesnt anyone feel sorry for me?"

"i did the first few times but now your just annoying me," emma said as she rubbed nicks stomach.

aj sighed dramatically"no one loves me."

amanda looked at emma and nick and rolled her eyes,"no aj. no one loves you."

aj stuck his tongue out at her and continued to pout. nick tilted his head back against the headrest and put his hand over emmas,"did you see how brian was looking at that girl?"

emma smiled and nodded,"i liked her. she seemed very sweet. maybe thats the good thing he thought was going to happen to him."

nick nodded,"and she actually felt sorry for dopey."

aj gave him a look and flipped him off. nick rolled his eyes,"put it away."

they pulled up to the hotel and went inside. "you guys want to come to our room and watch a movie?" emma asked as they took the elevator upstairs.

amanda nodded,"dopey you want to come or go to bed and rest?"

aj looked deep in thought for all of a minute,"i guess ill come but i want to pick the movie."

nick shook his head,"its my room so i get to pick."

they followed him out of the elevator and aj shook his head,"nuh uh."

"yeah huh..."

"nuh uh..."

amanda and emma glanced at each other and rolled their eyes before dragging the boys into the room.

"hey brian, howie and i are ready to go. should we leave and send the limo back for you and you can just come when your ready?" kevin asked walking over to brian and faye.

"huh? oh um...i guess ill go with you guys...we have the press conference tomorrow and i need to be up early."

kevin nodded,"okay, we'll meet you outside. it was nice meeting you faye."

she smiled and nodded,"you too."

kevin left to find howie and brian turned back to faye,"um...tomorrow night..after the press conference and stuff...were going to this movie premiere and i was wondering...um...if maybe you would want to go with me...?"

"me? really?"

he nodded and she smiled,"i would love to. let me give you my number so you can call me and tell me everything." she wrote her number down on a napkin and handed it to him.

he smiled and stuck it in his pocked,"so...ill see you tomorrow..."

she nodded and kissed him on the cheek,"it was nice meeting you."

he smiled,"you too."
